- How do I start using TalentsTracker?
First, you can sign up for a free 15-day trial (no credit card required). Once you signed up, you’ll get exclusive access to a variety of video tutorials which show you how to get started right away with this brand new app!
- Who will be able to use TalentsTracker?
Currently, as our applicant tracking system is brand new, recruiters as well as their company’s hiring managers/reviewers can use TalentsTracker. Other roles might be implemented in the future. For now, when a recruiter registers, he can invite reviewers and colleagues to support him in the hiring process.
Here is a short overview of the different roles in the app:
- Once signed up, a “Recruiter” has full access to TalentsTracker.
- A “Hiring Manager” is invited by the recruiter. He has also access to the app, so he can add candidates, change their status, rate & comment, send emails etc. However, he cannot create a new position, this is only possible for recruiters.
- “Colleagues” are invited by recruiters to view candidates’ profiles and comment via email only. They do not have a personal login to the app.
- What are the main differences between the different plans?
In simple terms, all plans have the exactly the same features. The only difference is the number of open positions you can create per plan.
- How and when am I billed?
Your credit card is automatically billed monthly or annually depending on the subscription plan you selected. The amount is based on the type of plan you chose.
- Is there a Money Back Guarantee?

- Can I use it on my tablet?
Yes. The website is fully responsive and works on all screen sizes.
- Is the data that I upload and/or enter confidential?
Yes. All data entered by recruiters and/or hiring manager stay within that company access. No other company can access your information.
- Is my data safe?
We have taken many measures to ensure that our clients’ data is stored as securely as possible by using modern standards. For example, we are using the latest SSL certificates (visible as “https://…) to transfer information. Most importantly, our servers and databases are based in Germany.
- In which language can I use TalentsTracker?
This current version of TalentsTracker is available in English as well as in German. You can easily change to your preferred language on your personal dashboard. The email templates inside the app are also provided in both languages, less work required on your side.
